Our team members have significant experience on project contracts, namely; EPC, O&M and supply contracts. English and Turkish supply contracts used by the main supplier of geothermal power plants constructed in Turkey, have been prepared by us and also comprehensive legal consultancy services have been provided to Turkey Wealth Fund regarding to EPC and O&M contracts by our attorneys.
In addition, supply contracts, EPC and O&M contracts that will be signed under a new energy project which will be financed by a creditor are also examined by us whereas our team is involved as the representative of such creditor.
