Selvi Attorney Partnership has advised the consortium of 19 creditor institutions on the restructuring of the indebtedness of a leading textile manufacturing group, carried out within the framework of Turkiye's financial restructuring legislation.

This landmark transaction strengthens the Borrower’s financial stability and supports the sustainable continuation of its operations in both domestic and international markets.
