Çağdaş Selvi has experience with respect to project finance, acquisition finance, banking law, capital markets, derivative transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in financing of many energy and infrastructure projects and acquisition financing transactions and represented leading financial institutions and investors.
In addition, Çağdaş Selvi represented many Turkish banks in various financing transactions and provided consultancy services to foreign financial institutions such as IFC, EBRD, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank Plc., OPIC.
Çağdaş Selvi’s experience also includes representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private debt and equity offerings with an emphasis on Rule 144A and Reg-S placements.
